I know the photo is not great – yes, taken from behind the wheel 🙂 but the scene was so beautiful I felt I would share it for the Mundane Monday Challenge to find beauty in the things around us.

There are just two of them. The owner left them behind when the Supreme Court overturned his lease of nearby lake and island following an FR case we filed 🙂 The war veterans moved in and they ‘officially’ look after them.

Hi … Actually am not sure if they were ponies or horses so I resorted to your terminology ‘four footed fellow travellers’. Wanted to give a PS on this but something happened to the post when I tried to add this in after publishing … it just ‘unpublished’ !! so I got a bit jittery and just re-publised the draft.

No – they are not common. They belonged to someone who had illegally leased nearby lake and island. We filed FR case and he vacated leaving these two as his legacy 🙂

P.S I really don’t know if it is a horse or a pony. Tried googling it but they say it is size and temperament that determines this. Size -wise they are pretty ‘horsich’ 🙂 temperament wise .. how would I know 🙂
